  1. Hi Pete, Thanks. I had already raised a Ticket. They referred me back to you as it was a technical issue related to the product. Other messages of enquiry were met with 'do not reply commands...... Before your reply I had checked that; 1. Yes. I had been putting the dll file in the modules folder for years with progressive updates. Worked well. 2. There was only one copy of the dll in the modules folder 3. There is only one modules folder on my system. 3. But it was not appearing in the menu bar 4. I could get FSUIPC unregistered to work again if I remove the key file from the modules folder. It appears there when I complete the registration. I guess it is supposed to. 5. But any attempt to run/launch/operate the registered FSUIPC gets the 'failed to open.....' message 6. Last night, having only registered that day, I repeatedly took the dll and key files in and out of the modules folder. tried to launch. No improvement. 7. I have checked the system date. Seems OK 8. I got the key etc from the Simmarket site. Pirates? With Miguels signature? Sorry about all this. Just getting a bit frustrated. Brian M
  2. I cant seem find anywhere in this maze of sites to get help installing FSUIPC which I registered today 23 Jul 09 Thanks ref Order Number 538226 I have been using FSUIPC for some years and have just registered because I was never happy with the SST system of tuning my Saitek controllers. However. Having registered I find my FSUIPC no longer works at all. I closed down FS 9 restarted but no start up of FSUIPC. I closed the computer down and restarted.Tried to restart FS 9 several times and FSUIPC failed to launch. I had been using it several times during today quite successfully with an unregistered copy of the FSUIPC. I took the dll dated 1 Jul for version 3.90 out of the module folder and closed down. Started up again and put the dll file back into the modules folder. Restarted FS 9. FSUIPC would not load again. All I get is a panel which says "Failed to Open FSUIPC interface. FS Flight Ventures will be disabled. Last error:0" And of course my Flying School, Active Sky etc will not work now. I have read through the manual and cannot see where or how I correct a problem that has only arisen since I paid for FSUIPC. I also purchased FS widescreen but have not yet installed. Should this be down as well now. Even though it all worked perfectly before I registered. When I registered there was nothing to indicated in the registration box that the process was not successful. In fact it said it was. But now wont launch. The FSUIPC log sheet reads ********* FSUIPC, Version 3.90 by Pete Dowson ********* Running on Windows Version 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 3 Verifying Certificate for "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\MODULES\FSUIPC.dll" now ...
