I am an FSX user and have no problem gleaning the data through fsuipc to get the current .pln of my flight however, what if I want to get the flight plan from FS2004. I could not find the information through fsInterrogate. I have looked around and not come across anything as of yet. (still looking) Could someone point me in the general direction? Much appreciated. I've been doing research and have not found exactly how I can read through fsuipc an fs key-press (hotkey? What would be the most sensible way of reading a real-time key-press from FS into an app via fsuipc? Thanks you. Fred Myers

I have been tasked with creating a new app for an online aviation radio station and simply would like to know if I need anything in the way of permissions to include the fsuipc.dll into my Vis Stud 2008 script that is going to be dist.'d as freeware. Secondly, I have heard mention of 'keys' in various posts. Could someone kindly illuminate this. Thirdly, What if any, are the legal ramifications of creating freeware apps using the fsuipc.dll and are there a way to bundle the fsuipc installation pack with my app so as to make it easier for newbies and such to install our app without having to go hither and yon to fetch fsuipc from your website.
