  1. That worked Thanks Andy, you're a tremendous resource to offer help as you do. Merry Christmas
  2. I've been making some Mouse Macro entries for buttons on a VRinsight panel. Is there a way to rename or delete some of the names I've given to them?
  3. I deleted the ini file and started over. It's working now. Thanks for the help
  4. I'm not clear on what your saying. The settings haven't changed since I posted the images previously. I do have Aileron, Elevator, Rudders specifically assigned to the 172SP, but the trim has remained the same until I consulted you. These are the current images of the settings that were in place when the log file ran. Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us

  6. I don't know what the definition of parameter means, would have to look it up to know how it applies in this case. I selected Elevator Trim Set assuming it would mean the trim stops moving when the switch is released, seems common sense to me. Often times engineers design things that make perfect sense to them, but not to the end user. Take a look for yourself I bought it 4 months ago Version 4.57
  7. I cleared the lower drop dox, but it still does the same thing. The switch when pressed forward (trim down) or backward (trim up) always trims the nose down and then back to previous setting when switch is released.
  8. I have the latest version of FSUIPC and am having trouble with the elevator trim on the Cessna 172 in FSX. I'm using a VMax (PFC) yoke and want to program one of the rocker switches for elevator trim up and down. I have tried to program the elevator trim in the buttons/switches screen of FSUIPC. What happens is it trims the nose down whether I push the rocker switch forward or back (programmed for elevator trim up and elevator trim down respectively) and when I release the switch the aircraft attitude goes back to the pitch it was before pressing the trim switch. Example of my selection in FSUIPC for trim up. I do have the Enable controllers in FSX unchecked
  9. I was able to get it to work. The problem was that I couldn't get it to confirm registration. Reason it wasn't working is because it asked for Email or Address/Zip code. I entered Zip Code and it wouldn't accept. I gave up after 2 attempts because in order to get the installer screen to show up again, it had to run the install and I didn't know if that was good to install repeatedly while I try different options. When I tried it again today, I entered Email address for the option - Just enter new registration. It worked I do have a question in how one should interpret which option to select for registration and why I selected - Check existing registrations on my second attempt. You responded back that -Just enter new registration is the correct way in my situation. It would seem that since I reinstalled Windows that one should select -Check the existing registrations. Not an issue now, but as I read it, it seems that when you reinstall Windows (the part I underlined in the quoted text)- Check the existing registrations would have been the appropriate selection.
  10. I have the latest version of FSUICP and it worked fine. I just reinstalled Windows and everything else that goes with FSX and previously started FSX as instructed. I installed FSUICP fine, but in the installer I selected - Just enter new registration - After filling in the required information on the next step and clicked ok it wouldn't work. I canceled out and read the instructions again and determined that I should have selected - Check existing registrations - In order to get the installer window to come up, I clicked install again, then entered the information again with the proper option selected, it still wouldn't work. Any ideas what to do?
