Hey. I also use the Bodnar BUO836x card and just finished a very small portable little control panel. It has 6 rotaries on it. I had the same problem. What I did to fix it was to assign (using FSUIP) the switch (eg VS increase) to both the button and the release. This seemed to work for speed. I also changes the ms until i found a speed that I liked. I am brand new to this, but it seemed to work for me. If you have found a better way to fix this please let me know. Thanks
