Thank you very much for your help and all the info. Have been trying to re installsp1 but get nothing but 1402 error. Will run the whole computer down to repair shop and they can fight wit it, I've had enough! Don

Why will FSUIPC4 not appear in my FSX "add ons" ??? I have squawkbox installed and it appears in the drop down. Also I require FSUIPC in order to use FSAcars which will not work wiyh FSX. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and checked various forums and can not get anything to work. I am using Win 7 as os, I also have FS9 installed on same drive and all addons appear and work in that FS. Any and all ideas greatly appreciated. Have been working on this for at least 3 days with no luck yet. Thanks Don
