[buttons settings]

hi

 

i changed my hard disk so i reinstalled the fsx and fsuipc.

i have an overhead and all its buttons and switches were programmed 

after the new installation, all the  settings were gone.

 

i copy the module directory include the file fsuipc4.cfg  from the old installation but it still does'n't work.

 

am i miss something ?

when i run the widefs i don't get the connection with the fsx computer

Hi Pete

i use saitek throttle and i assign one handle as flpas

the handle works ok and when it down, flap = 0

i want to reverse the direction so when the handle up the flap will be 0 like in the plane

is there way to do it ?

Then parameter 0 to 3 depending on what state you want to set the switch to.

where did you find the numbers ?

Okay. But try also FSUIPC's Event logging and operate the switch and see what numbers it uses. It is probably related to the parameter value.

What about

EVT_OH_LIGHTS_L_ENGINE_START

EVT_OH_LIGHTS_R_ENGINE_START

I think those are the starter controls. Maybe parameters 0-3, or some others based on the MOUSE_FLAGs?

yes you right i mean control number.

the problem is that there are no lines for all the switches, for example 'start switch' so for that i used mouse macro and it works.

there are two lines with numbers for the emergency guard ( 69632+101= 69733 ) and "battery guard" ( 69632+2 = 69634) but even i enter those numbers and parameter 1 they don't work and for those guards the mouse macro doesn't work too

so i thought there is another way.

I use ngx_h file and i assigned most of the switches by using the offset but some of them don't have assignment in this file.

some of the switches i used the mouse macro, so i still had some switches without assignment.

what did you mean in "can be assigned directly, by number"

not all the toggles i can assign as macro

for example , t try to assign the guard of the emergency toggle and when i close the guard with the mouse the left upper windows doesn't appear

because of this message i couldn't assign this toggle ( the fields are gray and impossible to write )

Based on what he decides that the toggle has been assigned ?

first of all i want to say that i enjoy very much to work with fsuipc it is a great tool!.

and now my problem

i have two bux cards.

i created mocros for some toggles for pmdg 737-800 ngx and all of them work fine except one

when i try to record my operate for this toggle i get this message :" this has mixed actions already pleas edit it in fsuipc.ini"

i have fsuipc4 so i checked fsuipc4.ini, i deleted all the previous assignments and i dont find any problem with my ini file

i attach the ini file and i wonder to get any help

[problame with two cards]

Hi

I have two bux cards.

i connected the first and i assigned 32 toggles and every things work ok .

i connected the other and the system recognizes the toggles of the first one as belong to second one,( number of joystic)

so should i reassign all the toggles for the second ?

the pmdg_ngx_sdk.h dosen't include all the controlls and their offset.

for example: the start engien, apu start etc. swiches are not included ( there are in the first part of the file with no offset valye )

so, so how can i control them by fsuipc
