    this is not the way FSUIPC is installed (in the add on section of FSX) you just need to run the installer in the "zip-file" there is also a "installing and registering FSUIPC.pdf file" with instructions on how to install FSUIPC in the zip

    P3D installed in Program Files. try to rightclick the FSUIPC installer and run as "administrator"

    your installation is successful : just click YES in the window, so FSUIPC will run if you have a new installation of FSX make sure you run it at least once before installing FSUIPC, all this is in the user guide on page 5

    are you running FSCUIPC with all weathers settings off , including wind smoothing ?

    go to your ../FSX/Modules/FSUIPC Documents folder and look for the FSUIPC4 User Guide ;-) when you finished that you can always read the FSUIPC4 for Advanced Users guide
