Ok so as it turns out it is a FSCopilot issue

Well see thats the thing ive checked the whole system there is NOTHING with that name

OK so im having a really hard time today ive been working on this for hours....On installation of FSUIPC4 there are no errors in the installation log...Then I start FSX and it crashes on the splash screen and here is the problem signature..
