  1. Thats a service!!! Thanks a lot Pete. I will report back. Peter
  2. Pete, thanks for this explanation, good to know. I will change the physical connections of my axis on the Plasma. Many thanks for your great support to the community! Best regards Peter
  3. Hello Pete, I have calibrated and assigned a USB joystick (Plasma) with following axes: X -> nothing Y -> nothing Z -> Rudder Xrot -> left brake Yrot -> right brake Zrot and the rest of possible axes -> nothing. On another Plasma joystick are additional axes defined. Everything is working ok, when used via FS 9.1 Now I wanted to assign and calibrate all my joystick axes directly in FSUIPC and disabling in FS because this way I like more. So I opened Axis Assignenments, rescanned and defined (with type "Send direct to FSUIPC") all the axis. Now the problem is: all axes can be rescanned and input is showing, but not the right brakes axis. If I have nothing defined in FSUIPC (ini file deleted) the right brakes axis is working as expected (visible in Windows calibration and FS calibration), but not in FSUIPC axis assignements. Is this because there is no X and Y axis used? By the way, I was scanning the forum for similar problems and in one thread you mentioned downloading FSUIPC V3.918. Where can I get this one? I have 3.90 dll (246kB, 26.2.2009) installed. OS is Win XP prof 64bit Thnaks for any hint Peter
  4. Peter, sorry for posting before updating. The update did the trick. Everything is now working! Thanks and pls excuse again,
  5. Peter, I am trying to get pocketFMS connected to FS9, but unfortunately it is not working. My configuration is a kind of Standard 2 PC config: - PC 1 with FS9.1, FSUIPC 3.65, WideFS 6.47 (registered) - PC2 with WideFS Client 6.47 and several add-on (e.g. AS6, FSBuild 2.2 and OpenCockpit with SIOC). This is long time in use and working with no problem. In order to use pocketFMS I had to install additional: - PC1: GPSout - PC2: MixW ComEmulDrv Now all necessary ini file additions where done. To GPSout.ini file on PC1 was added: [GPSout] .... Port=WideFS Speed=9600 ... To WideClient.ini on PC2 I addeda new section: [GPSout] Port=COM7 Speed=9600 The ComEmul was configured in the Devicemanager with: Pair#1 COM7 and COM8 pocketFMS is set to receive GPS data on COM8. So far so good (I hope), but no GPS is coming. I used PortMon for monitoring GPSout on PC1. It is working ok. Next step was to use PortMon on PC2 to monitor COM7 which is the output of WideClient. Unfortunately nothing is on COM7 port. My question now: Did I forget a setting? How can I check if WideFS is transmiting correctly? I have no hint in WideClient.log for something like "GPSout strted" also nothing in WideServer.log on PC1. Can you help? Thanks a lot
