Thanks Pete. 3.991 appears to have worked for me as well, although the FSUIPC screen still doesn't appear in full screen mode. There are ways around this though....

Pete, I have exactly the same problem after upgrading to a 64 bit Windows 7, the difference in my case being that the registration "fails" immediately. The log is basically identical to the previous one. The other difference is that in my fs9 the FSUIPC screen doesn't appear in full screen mode and I have to go to a windowed mode to see the screen. I have noticed that, after closing FSUIPC and going back to full screen mode, pressing Alt-Tab shows momentarily the FSUIPC screen, indicating that this has maybe not saved and closed. Looking forward to a resolution; FSUIPC has served me well fro many years and I can't wait to get it working again.
