Hello all, I don't know if I'm the only one with this problem. I've noticed recently that after every flight I complete, FSUIPC disappears from the add-ons window. I fly online on the IVAO network. and after flight I disconnect from their network. and even if I'm doing a turn-around FSUIPC IS GONE!! Meaning I have to completely close FSX and restart it again. (Thus putting me way outside my time-based flight window.) I've updated to 4.91 and installed widefs as a part of it but cant afford to register WIDEFS as of yet. Is there a remedy for this or is it just the way it has to be for now? Thanks in advance, Aaron

stopped running as admin and glad to say all is well. but will have to wait until after I land to see if the auto save as well as "save panel state" inside the fmc on the ngx is working properly. it wasn't before running as admin, and thats why i changed it. I might have it narrowed down. I installed 4.756 and glad to report that fsuipc is now back in my menu. but sadly the pauses are still there. I changed the auto save interval (in the fsuipc menu) from 60 secs to 180 secs and the pauses seem to be coinciding with the auto saves. Is there anyway I can set this up to only save like every half an hour, or every hour? I really only use it for a back up, say... if fsx crashes, on a long flight.

When I copy the 4756 file into the modules folder, Do I copy and replace or just copy and keep both files?

I did but was in the middle of a flight and couldn't install. I'm about to do that now. Do I need to do this under admin rights, Since It seems I'm gonna have run fsx this way for the ngx? Yes, and its most annoying. It just started today, once I started running fsx under admin rights. I'd rather find the problem than to try to change fsuipc

Okay... Maybe I misspoke, but I am not all that computer saavy. Lets take this slow. Where do I look to see if fsuipc is doing what you want it to do? I'm pretty sure its not internet explorer? which is what I take from your comment! (a FILE -- something you see in Explorer!)

Because I was having a problem with the NGX saving panel states, and that was what I was told to try. And it did rectify THAT situation, however, here I am with this one. I didn't think so either. But I installed it properly. and all was functioning well before. FSUIPC was in the menu. I could change and see the effects of said changes, even mid-flight. Now it has disappeared. Not from the computer, just from the drop-down menu in FSX. I have since elected to run the installer as an admin. but can't re-install until I finish the flight I'm currently on. As for Logging, I don't know how to, or where to begin. So without help, I won't be able to post any of that (unfortunately)

Hello All, Every since I set FSX up to run as an administrator... The FSUIPC is missing in from under the ADDONS tab while in FSX. Any help on how to rectify this situation will be greatly appreciated
