Throttle Problems??? FSUIPC/FS2004

I heard you could fly online using the current version of Squawkbox with FS2004.. You can - just do not do a multiplayer session.. Im having problems.. Every since I paid for and entered the registration key for the new FSUIPC, my throttle control will only power up one engine... Ive looked through all of the info that came with FSUIPC and cant figure out what my problem is.. How do I make my single throttle joystick power up all the aircraft engines at the same rate at the same time like it has always done... Any help will be appreciated.. Im very confused.. Thanks..
