  1. Support ticket

You know timezones can be a pain. Your morning can be deep night for us etc. ;) I guess your ticket had already been served however...
  2. Windows 10

Naturally when you use O/S written well after the application (FSX) problems may rise. It is proven and long before documented that the best O/S for FSX is Win 7, 64bit.
  3. FSPS

Our only way of supporting customers is through the ticket system at : http://support.thefsps.com on a "first-came first-served" basis. You should have read that in a pinned topic above...
  4. Looks something is seriously messed in your system. Please open a ticket at: http://support.thefsps.com
  5. Hi, Sorry but no, there is no such offer for this app. To get its benefits for P3D you will have to buy the proper version. Despite the two apps share the same interface their similarities end there. P3D version is actually a 'written-from-scratch' application . --- To limit the damage you can sell to someone the FSX license. We won't have a problem with that.
  6. Solved via http://support.thefsps.com
  7. There are several utilities to fix FSX registry. NOT FSX Steam Edition's registry. Just pointing it out for everybody to avoid ... tragedies...
  8. 3D real Cockpit effect

Did you tried 100% setting and headmovement in fsx.cfg to its default value? (default values following) [DynamicHeadMovement] LonAccelOnHeadLon=-0.020000 LonAccelOnHeadPitch=-0.010000 RollAccelOnHeadLat=0.010000 YawAccelOnHeadLat=-0.100000 RollAccelOnHeadRoll=0.100000 MaxHeadAngle=5.000000 MaxHeadOffset=0.300000 HeadMoveTimeConstant=1.000000
  9. @Diigg: "I used a tool to correctly configure the Windows registry with the new route" Which tool? You probably done more harm than good. As far as I know there is no FSX SE registry entries fixer tool... Please open a ticket at http://support.thefsps.com @OLDBILL1948 the same. Your registry entries are seriously messed. Please open a ticket at http://support.thefsps.com
  10. This looks rather more serious than it described. Please open a ticket at http://support.thefsps.com
  11. "Moving" means you destroyed registry entries of Prepar3D as it was pointing to C:... and now sim is at D.. "Moving" is not advised. You should had uninstalled and then reinstalled on wanted folder. Actually now no external app knows where your Prepar3D sim is...
  12. Naturally yes ... Expect it in the next days. (To get the update - allowing the app to check for it - run Fiber alone, not along FSX Steam as it will produce an error that way). (Most webstores notify their customers for any update however. You can get the full installer from there to be sure). EDIT: We managed to compile the code very fast this time, so the update is online already. Just follow the above procedure to get it or follow this link directly: http://www.thefsps.com/Programs/FSXFA/FSX_Fiber_Accelerator_Setup.exe
  13. xtreme p3d boaster problem

This application is compatible with Prepar3D v.1 only. It is not compatible with Prepar3D v.2.x
