  1. Hi Pete,

    In FstarRC.ini Ver 1.83 I used to have a path to save a PLN-file to FS as well as a path to save a PLN-file to my FMC, like this:

    RC="E:\PROGRAM FILES\rcv30\APLfiles"

    FS2000="H:\PROGRAM FILES\FS2002"

    FS2002="H:\PROGRAM FILES\FS2002\FMCWP\navdata\FlightPlans"

    but since updating to Version 1.85, when using FStarRC, my fs2000 path disappears. like this:

    RC="E:\PROGRAM FILES\rcv30\APLfiles"

    FS2000=""

    FS2002="H:\PROGRAM FILES\FS2002\FMCWP\navdata\FlightPlans"

    Is there a way to avoid that ???

    Thanks for advice...

    Jaaky

    P.S. Just updated to Flitestar Version 9 (9.029 -build 7216- to be precise) and can confirm to you that FStarRC seems to work well with that version.

  2. Hi,

    I'm using your Rome LIRF and Bari LIBD sceneries, am very happy with them.

    They were purchased on Jan 14 2002 from Simmarket.

    Because I am having the trouble with the bumpy taxiways at Rome LIRF, I was happy to see that there was a new version to download that cures this.

    But I am having problems installing... first the installer removes the old version OK, but when installing the new version, after I enter the Registration Key, I am asked for a file called LIRF (sorry forgot the exact extension and I have rolled back allready to the old version of the scenery).

    Is this update made only for CD versions and not for download versions? Is it possible that you send me this file so I can get rid of my bumpy taxiways? (Also for Bari pls.)

    Your help will be greatly appreciated !!!

    Kind Regards,

  3. Hi Peter,

    Congratulations with the new Support Forum.

    A good occasion to thank you for all that you contribute to the joy of Flightsimming.

    I'm using four of your programs, FSUIPC, WideFS, FstarRC, and Advdisplay, and flying without would not be the same.

    The Contributions-page works like a breeze and I would call on everyone using your programs to consider sending you a contribution under the motto:

    "Put your money where your module is"

    :lol:

  4. you should install all of them but make sure you read the read-me file about how to assign the correct aircraft to the correct overlay!

    Hi Matthew,

    I do not find these instructions in the readme... Could you please explain the procedure more precisely?

    In fact... up to now I've not installed other aircraft. What I have been doing is to copy repaint textures over the default ones and change the atc_airline= and ui_variation= in the aircraft.cfg .

    Pls. pls. explain in detail how to correctly assign the correct aircraft to the correct overlays.

    Thanks,

  5. Hi Matthew,

    So much apreciating your effort !!!

    Could you give us allready any idea of the Runways used?

    For example, when the wind is from the SW will the T/O Rwy be 24 and Landing Rwy 19R ?

    ... or when the wind is from W to NW Landing Rwy 27 ?

    ... or when the wind is from the East T/O Rwy 09 ?

    Hopping up and down impatiently...
