This is not a question. Just a gotcha moment. Saitek yoke, throttle quadrant, and rudder pedals. P3d v4.5 with the latest registered FSUIPC v6. The only issue was my flaps were not working in FSUIPC and I had read the manual, every forum post I could locate about anything to do with flaps. Had run out of ideas, so I decided to get back to basics and start over. So, to the options to P3d and UH OH, the enable controllers box was checked. DOH! Corrected that error and guess what - my flaps work now with my assigned button on the yoke. Sometimes you need to ensure the basics are covered.
