Are all calculations done before launching P3D/FSX?

When you tick any of Autogen and Effects options (like traffic, water, trees, building or autogen) - is it also done before launching or during the game?

I'm a happy user of Xtreme P3D Booster! :)

I like how it calculates ground and sea traffic, however other AI traffic is what impacts my system the most.

I was using MyTraffic X Professional 5.4 for a while but it was a bit too heavy and I have downgraded to My Traffic X Lite for the time being.

The problem occurs when you fly from regional airport where 100% setting of traffic are 3 airplanes and at major hub all gates are occupied giving you hundreds of aircrafts at the same time.

It is easy lower the traffic setting to something around 30% for big hubs, but then all regional airports are almost empty.

Would that be possible for Xtreme Booster to calculate traffic?

I'm not sure if these calculations are done while P3D/FSX is running and able to be adjusted while flying from airport to another?

But maybe setting up a maximum number of aircrafts would do the job? Like flying with 100% setting but no more than 50 airplanes active?

Is it possible?
