  1. Hello Pete, Thank's for your reaction. The ini-file FSX makes on start is indeed the FSUIPC.ini-file (FSUIPC v4.937) I have changed AutoAssignLetters=Yes to No as you advised. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimat 64bits SP1 Werner
  2. Hello Pete, If have assigned all my axis and buttons of my Saitek Pro Flight Yoke and two Pro Flight throttle blocks (USB connectors) on my Windows 7 64 bits computer via FSUIPC, incl the calibration. This is how my gamecontrollers looks like in FSUIPC.ini. [JoyNames] AutoAssignLetters=Yes 0=CH PRO PEDALS USB 0.GUID={46286BF0-6329-11E3-8001-444553540000} 1=Saitek Pro Flight Yoke 1.GUID={B3E3E640-81F7-11E4-8001-444553540000} 2=Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant 2.GUID={B3E3E640-81F7-11E4-8002-444553540000} 3=Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant 3.GUID={B3E3E640-81F7-11E4-8003-444553540000} A=CH PRO PEDALS USB A.GUID={46286BF0-6329-11E3-8001-444553540000} B=Saitek Pro Flight Yoke B.GUID={B3E3E640-81F7-11E4-8001-444553540000} C=Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant C.GUID={B3E3E640-81F7-11E4-8002-444553540000} D=Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant D.GUID={B3E3E640-81F7-11E4-8003-444553540000} This morning I started FSX, but none of the controllers were working. Everything was connected as before. This is what I saw in the FSUIPC.ini file: [JoyNames] AutoAssignLetters=Yes 0=CH PRO PEDALS USB 0.GUID={46286BF0-6329-11E3-8001-444553540000} A=CH PRO PEDALS USB A.GUID={46286BF0-6329-11E3-8001-444553540000} B=Saitek Pro Flight Yoke << MISSING JOYSTICK >> B.GUID={462ADCF0-6329-11E3-8002-444553540000} C=Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant << MISSING JOYSTICK >> C.GUID={80483940-632A-11E3-8001-444553540000} D=Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant << MISSING JOYSTICK >> D.GUID={4FC0AFF0-5EBF-11E4-8001-444553540000} 1=Saitek Pro Flight Yoke 1.GUID={B3E3E640-81F7-11E4-8001-444553540000} 2=Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant 2.GUID={B3E3E640-81F7-11E4-8002-444553540000} 3=Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant 3.GUID={B3E3E640-81F7-11E4-8003-444553540000} E=Saitek Pro Flight Yoke E.GUID={B3E3E640-81F7-11E4-8001-444553540000} F=Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant F.GUID={B3E3E640-81F7-11E4-8002-444553540000} G=Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant G.GUID={B3E3E640-81F7-11E4-8003-444553540000} I let FSX make a new ini-file and copied all the setting over from a backup file. Everything works ok, but do you know what went wrong? Thank's for help Werner Verwaal
  3. I have a Saitek X52 Throttle, on which I assigned a lot of buttons via FSUIPC3 (FS9). However a number of buttons (for instance button 30), rotating buttons and a slider don't react in the "Buttons and Switches" section of FSUIPC3, nor they do inside FS9 and FSX. Is there a way to assign these buttons, rotating buttons and the slider via FSUIPC, or do I have to use the Saitek SST Software. Marry Christmas to you all. Werner Verwaal
  4. I have deleted all my axis-assignments in FS2004 and assigned it via FSUIPC (v3.93). This works great. But FS2004 loads very slow when one of the controllers aren't connected to the computer. FS2004 default flight KSEA C172 12.00 without FSUIPC. Time from the menu "create a flight" until fly ready: 9 sec. FS2004 default flight KSEA C172 12.00 with FSUIPC. Time from the menu "create a flight" until fly ready: 28 sec. FS2004 default flight KSEA C172 12.00 with FSUIPC CHProduct Yoke disconnected. Time from the menu "create a flight" until fly ready: 48 sec. FS2004 default flight KSEA C172 12.00 with FSUIPC CHProduct Yoke and Pedals and Saitek Throttle disconnected. Time from the menu "create a flight" until fly ready: after 4 minuts loading scenery objects still at 1%. When I reinsert de controllers while fs2004 is still loading, the loading proceed suddenly very quick Does somebody have a solution or explanation for this problem?
  5. I changed all the U1 and R1 to U0 and R0 and now the hat switch on my CH yoke is working in the 2D and 3D cockpit.
  6. I meaned Pete Dowson. I copied your button assigment in my button section. A part of this FSUIPC ini-file I attached in my question to you. When I switch my POV switch it says yoke 0.
  7. Dear Pete, I copied the button-settings out of your last message into my [buttons] section. When I start the C172 I see a second the frontpanel and after that I look at the ceiling and the Hat switch of my CH yoke doesn't do anything. Do I have to alter anything??
  8. Thanks Pete. The reverser is now working perfect. Thanks Peter for your contribution about the POV. After the weekend I will try your button assigments.
  9. Dear mr Dowson, I still have a problem to solve. I deleted the assigments for the three levers on the CH yoke and assigned them via Axis-assigment in FSUIPC 3.70. The left one to the spoilers for my PMDG 737-800 (not aircraft specific). The middle for the proppitch and the right one for the mixture (both aircraft specific). Then I assigned the middle lever to the reverser 1 and 2 for my C441 and de PMDG 737-800. I used for all the axis the “Send direct to FSUIPC Calibration”. After that I calibrated the levers on the yoke calibration tab. Every worked as expected for the Bonanza A36 Prop + Mixture and for the C441 reverser and condition levers. When I tested the PMDG 737 the reversers worked ok, but when I moved the right lever, the engines went out. So I decided to assign the middle lever to reverser 1 and the right lever to reverser 2, of course aircraft specific. But everytime I restart the aircraft the assignment for the right lever is gone and only the non aircraft specific mixture assignment is there.???? Following is the last part of my FSUIPC.ini-file. 10. It works. Thanks alot. I have another question: you advise to disable the joystick in FS2004 and let FSUIPC the job. But how can I assign the hat switch with FSUIPC?
  11. Until now I had assigned the axis of my CH Pro yoke, pedals and Saitek X52 throttle via FS2004. In the manual of FSUIPC 3.70 I saw that it's also possible to use FSUIPC for this assignment. I put the stick_sensitivity_mode=0 to the FS9.cfg and set the sensitivity of all the axis in FS2004 to max and the null-zones to min. Then I deleted all the axis-assigments and used axis assigment option of FSUIPC. Everything worked fine after that, excepted for the pedals. When I opened the throttle it looks like the parkingbrake was fasten. No forward movement or only a little bit to the left. Of course I calibrated the 3 axis in FSUIPC, but no improvement. What is happening here???
  12. Dear Pete, For my Flight1 Cessna 441 I want to assign leveler 2 of my CHProducts yoke to the two Condition levelers of the (turboprop) airplane. I have leveler 1 assigned to the trottles and leveler 3 to the reverser, which are working ok. In FS2004 I have leveler 2 assigned to the prop. Is this possible to use leveler 2 for the condition leveler, and of course how?
  13. I have calibrated my yoke and pedals according to Peter's manual. First put the sensitivities in FS2004 to max and nul points to zero. Then set the max movements and the nul points with FSUIPC. My yoke and pedals and the reverser on lever 3 works fine after that. Only when I press Y to slew the aircraft to a new position, it moves which very high speed backwards. How can I adjust this??
  14. Hi Pete, When I mark the first 3 items of Effects on the Clouds page, save the changes and open FSUIPC again, the "Add random icing in clouds" is unmarked. As far as I understood from the manual it must be possible to mark them all three. Best Regards Werner Verwaal FSUIPC v 3.212 registered user
