  1. Should this be the case in 3.709? I was assigning the trim functions to two joystick buttons with this version and found them listed as "Elev Tr" and "Elev Trim" in the list. I _think_ I guessed correctly which is trim up and which is trim down.
  2. I had some aircraft specific joystick calibration settings (specifically I do not want to process the throttle controls for the Feelthere CRJ), which worked fine until I upgraded to version 3.7. Now it doesn't use the aircraft specific settings when starting a flight, and if I change it back with the aircraft specific checkbox set, the next flight it is right back to not using the a/c specfic settings. I can see the aircraft specific setting section in the ini file. Anyone else? I haven't bitten the bullet of deleting the fsuipc.ini file and starting one from scratch to see if that would make a difference, but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this yet. Thanks!
  3. That's what I was trying, and did not seem to do anything. Using the offset sounds promising, I'll give it a try. I actually tried that first, but having to use two hands every time I needed to interact with ATC was just plain annoying. I only need to select individual engines during start up, and only for one particular plane I use. Thanks!
  4. Is it possible to map engine selection to some key combination in order to avoid doing "E 1" or "E 2", and if so, how exactly would I go about doing it? I fiddled around on the key mapping tab for a bit but was unable to get anything to work. I did see the ability to define a hot key for resuming all engine control. Reason I ask is that when running Radar Contact and advdisp, RC always intercepts the number key first and thus instead of switching to one engine for start-up RC thinks I'm requesting clearance to take off or something. Thanks!
