  1. Just wondering if anyone has tried out the UDP option with the interm version of WideFS? Thinking about trying it myself.
  2. Pete Not sure if you have read the PMDG forum lately. Several users are having issues to include myself with the PMDG 747 crashing to desktop. Some user have reported going back to an earlier vervion of FSUIPC has solved the problems while others have completly removed FSUIPC and the plane works but is limited. Here is a link if your interested. http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=4399&page=
  3. Here is what I have setup on my system using WideFS and the CH Flight Sim Yoke. I have the left trigger button for COM Channels and I have the right trigger for Private Channels. FSUIPC [buttons] 1=R0,0,C1006,1 2=U0,0,C1006,2 3=R0,1,C1006,3 4=U0,1,C1006,4 WIDECLIENT [user] Log=Errors+ ActionKeys=Yes UseSendInput=Yes KeySend1=RWon KeySend2=RWoff KeySend3=144,16 ; Press Numlock KeySend4=144,24 ; Release Numlock On the #3 and #4 options, I use the Numlock Key. You can use what ever key you want. I also have Numlock set for my PVT Channel in SB3. First program FSUIPC with the buttons you want to use. Make sure you select the Keysend FSUIPC 1-225 option in the menu. Your first button will be #1 and #2, your second button will be #3 and #4. Then all you have to do is setup Wideclient with the key you want to use on #3 and #4. I hope this helps.
  4. Before Squawkbox was released, I used WideFS to transmitt to AVC and Roger Wilco with no problems. Since SB3 is different, it needs to be configured differently. Would anyone mind posting what they have from their FSUIPC, Client and Server ini files so I can see what I'm missing here.
  5. Thanks for the feedback Pete. I'll read the doc's again and give it a try. Dan
  6. Today I received the CH Throttle Quadrant. I have everything working pretty good throught FSUIPC. The only issue is with the IN and OUT vaules at idle. The new TQ has a detent that the levers drop into for ground idle. There is a slight null space there to all me to keep it from going into reverse. What I wanted to know is, when I bring the throttle back to ground ide when I'm calibrating them, is the IN or OUT the top range of ground idle. With takeoff and reverse I only have to click once to set those positions but there are two options for idle that are confusing me. What going on is, when I bring my throttlle from TO to ground idle, they will some times go into reverse and I have to slightly push back up on the throttles to bring them out. When I look at the values in FSUIPC, the numbers will jump around sometimes so it's hard to set zero value. I'm not sure what causes this.
