  1. Ah ok... Sorry about that! Before I go, though...just wanted to thank you for clarifying that and also thanks for all your work creating FSUIPC!, with out it, my simulator would not be what it is! Sam
  2. Hi Pete, My system: Sabertooth Z87 i7 4770K Quad Core OC 4.2 Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti 6 Gb A short time ago I did an upgrade to my flight simulator and added two monitors, one in each door for side views. The new load of opening two new 2D views and dragging them to my side monitors is quite a bit more load on my system even know I'm running a GTX 980 6Gb card. Everything runs great in low density scenery situations...but I find that I'm running into the odd out of memory errors in dense scenery situations... I have an opportunity to purchase another computer identical to mine that I could network together, if I were to do this would be possible to run the two side monitors off the second computer's video card to lighten the load and improve frame rates for the whole setup? What would be the best way to combine the two computers to utilise the full resource of both to be able to kick the settings up and still maintain my 30 fps? Would using "Widefs" be the program to accomplish this? Any feedback or recommendations would be greatly appreciated to help make the decision to purchase this second computer! Thanks in advance, Sam
  3. ok so I did some testing this morning and found that if I started a flight with a C47 livery (Douglas C-47 – Alaska Airlines) which is not the main model (Douglas C-47 VMJ-253 Margie) after a re-boot of the computer the toggle switches didn't function, but if I end the flight and change to the main model livery (Douglas C-47 VMJ-253 Margie) it works fine after a re-boot of the computer and if I then switch to my other livery (Douglas C-47 – Alaska Airlines) it also is now working fine. Strange, so I guess I need to start with the (Douglas C-47 VMJ-253 Margie) livery and then switch to any of the other ones if I want it to work right after a re-boot or start up of the computer. Sam
  4. I just added the "Douglas C47 profile" to all my C47 liveries, you were right they didn't work in the other ones, so maybe that was the issue, here's my ini file after I added the profile to the 5. Hi Pete, Thanks for checking in, yes as I said above, I'm using profiles and yes I have about five liveries for the same plane... I'll post the INI file in a minute.... Like I said, I don't lose the info in the profile or the ini, it's only when I re-boot the computer they stop working, and like I said why would all the other assigned switches work and not stop working?
  6. Hi Guys, I have a issue with my "Primer 1" & "Primer 2" toggle switches in my Manfred Jahn's C-47. I'm not sure if it's the aircraft that is causing the issue or FSUIPC. I assigned two of my Saitek toggle switches, one for primer 1 and one for primer 2, I made them profile specific for my C47 and they worked fine. When I exit out of FSX and go back in they work fine also, but when I shut my simulator computer down, re-start and launch FSX with a flight in the C47, the toggle switches stop working. I opened FSUIPC and checked the assignments, they're still there but they're not working? I also assigned the starter buttons on two of my other Saitek toggle switches and they're fine and never lose their assignments after a re-boot of the computer. any info, or help would be greatly appreciated, Sam (Please note, I'm using the latest FSUIPC version 4.945)
  7. Hi Thomas, Thanks for all the info, I'll go ahead and install the update!. Sam
  8. Hi Guys, Do I need to pay for a new key to upgrade from FSUIPC 4.90 to 4.929? When installing the new version do you need to uninstall the old version or just install it right over the old? Will I lose all my settings if I install the new version also? Sorry for all the newbie questions... Thanks in advance for any info, Sam
  9. Hi Tiger, My Saitek Radio panel powers up as soon as I start FSX up and has some default freq showing on the panel, once I start a flight and turn on the master alt/batt switches, the radio on the screen powers on, and then the the saitek panel reads the same as the radio on the screen in the program. I wish I could set it up so it doesn't power up until the one on the screen does... Sam
  10. Ah ok...thanks for the info Pete... I know a million people have said it before, but I must say thanks again for all your hard work creating FSUIPC, I'm a brand new registered user and my new fully enclosed Cessna flight simulator won't be what it is without the capabilities of FSUIPC! For that I thank you! Sam
  11. Hi Pete, Would you or anyone know if it is possible to program FSUIPC to power the Saitek radio panel on or off? When FSX starts up, the Saitek radio panel lights up and stays on, it would be nice if a person could program the panel to only power up when the master batt + Master Alt are switched on. Do you know if this is possible? Any info or help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks in advance, Sam
