Notes from A_V8TOR 12-28-13 I'm a new FSUIPC user and am working thru the leariing curve. I'm very impressed with everything.
I do have an issue with my Trim wheel.
Trim Wheel is conected to an Encoder. Btn20 = rolling elevator trim down. Btn21 = rolling elevator trim up. It takes multiple full rotations of the trim wheel to get the desired results in FSX -Cessna 172. I need to get it to move more per wheel rotation. Below is a copy of the logging file thru start up and when I move the trim wheel.
Below that is a copy of the FSUIPC4.ini file. Trim detail is on line 56 & 57
I believe the solution may be in the 'Parameter' variable. I've read the User Manual (normal & advanced) & I tried some things but No Joy...
Desired information: 1) Advice on my trim wheel settings to yield increased rotation in FSX per wheel movement. 2) Add'l detail on what the 'Parameter' variable does and how to use it (Buttons tab).
