Nick, If it was working for many months and suddenly it's not then it's very likely something happened on your computer. A new anti-virus version, etc.

We are still testing Windows 10. We had some successful sessions but still not 100% confident so officially we don't say that the ATCSuite products are Win 10 compatible. Your feedback is appreciated.

Dear Graham, Did you try to use one of the original airport's files and rename it to your airport? That way you could see if the file format is causing the problem or not. We use the standard RAW format that Photoshop offers.

In your previous post you had a question about the RAW format. Would you please replacing some of the images from the original airfields to make sure this crash is not caused by some wrong file formats?

Thank you Folks for the feedback. As you know in order to make voice recognition to be working your Windows needs to be in English (US) mode. This is a limitation for many international users. So we are working hard how to make Tower! X somehow easy to use without voice recognition too. This is the reason we plan to release two versions one with the reliable voice recognition system we already have and one with a different (possibly more "gamish") interface to make it easy to use without talking to the sim.

Were you in approach mode?

Only terminals can be assigned, but with some work around it is possible to assign some gates as terminals.

We never "guesstimate" about the release date of upcoming products. There will be a new Tower version but we don't know when and how it will be released. It will be a new product, not an upgrade. Thank you

Did you try reinstalling Tower?

We reply all emails we receive. My answer about your microphone was that most likely you can use your built in mic, however we recommend a good quality headset.

You can sign up to our newsletter from our website. Sorry I'm not sure what did we release in January. ATCC is an Air Traffic Control Center simulation but it will come out only after the new version of Tower.

We don't speculate about the release date of the next Tower version but I can tell you it's still in development (not testing yet). As of Win 10 we receive more and more feedback on it and we try to believe the multiplayer version is W10 compatible. I run Tower on Win 10 without any problem.
