  1. Hi and thank you for the quick response. I have downloaded and the left engine will not start. Neither 'control E' nor manually attempting an engine start works. Thanks. FSX SP2 Win 7 64 bit current SP Bob Nevermind, I got it. Thank you again for the quick help. Bob
  2. Hi, I can't find where to download my purchased product. I have receipts from BT Micro and Paypal but nothing from Feelthere for download. Thank you in advance. Bob

    Can't save Flight Plan..

Otto, thank you for your effort, however, that is NOT my problem. I'm still puzzled as to why I can save flight plans in 8.6 (both 8.6 and 9.0 installed on same client) using using the exact same data as 9.0. However, 9.0 will not save because it cannot find any runways for UTX airports. For me, FSC IS the problem. I might as well request a refund for 9.0 as I'm not removing UTX and the inability to save any flight plans is a show stopper for me. Thanks. Bob..

    Can't save Flight Plan..

I do have UTX installed. I don't why, but I do NOT have the issue with 8.6, which I will continue to use. Version 9.0 has some nice improvements, however, the UTX? issue is very frustrating. Thanks. Bob.. :)

    Can't save Flight Plan..

I don't understand as I can create a flight plan using the same airports in 8.6 and NOT get the 'Can't save a flight without runways'. If it is un-fixable then most of the airports I fly out of are useless for flight planning relative to saving them. This is most disappointing as I have NEVER seen the error before with any version of FSC and I have had them all. Bob..

    Can't save Flight Plan..

It's not a flight plan issue, but FSC 9 appears to be incorrectly reading multiple bgl's for the same airport. Using FSC's Search airport feature for ICAO PAKT results in two bgls (two PAKTs) are found. First bgl ADE-FTX-PFJ-PAK (no runway infor - scenery) Second bgl APC12120.bgl (has airport info) It attempts to construct the origin leg off the bgl that does not contain airport info. It will do the same thing with PASI as the origin. If during the flight plan process I pick the second bgl it WILL save the flight plan. However, any attempt to add SID or STAR results in it defaulting to the firt bgl and unable to save. Please pick any airport where more than one bgl exists as your origin, then let me know. This is not an issue with FSC 8.6 using the same airports. Thanks. Bob.. :) FSC 9 Build 051110 FSC running via wideclient (current version) Vista 64 Ran update dbmanager (version 261010) registered version
  7. Hi, I just purchased and installed FSC9. I'm unable to save a flight plan from PAKT to PAJN. I get the message "No flight plan can be filed for airports without runways (PAKT)". I don't understand as 11/28 show on the airport map, so the data is in the data base. Thanks. Bob
  8. Hi Simon, I did reply to your PM. Also, when the error occurs, it does crash the simconnect pipe. The only recover is to restart the FSX computer. I can continue the flight, however, without REX or ASE updating. Thanks. Bob..
  9. I agree. I am getting a random 'Exception Error' when sitting at an airport. I quit STB and restart it without a problem. It does not seem to affect FSX. Here is the detail dump. What is the reference to "C:\Documents and Settings\Simon Jones\My Documents". That obviously does not exist on my client. System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. 10. I understand. Now. :) I became confused on where STB was running. The STB-DS had the FSX computer as localhost for the STB location, which it is since I installed STB on both computers. However, since I'm running STB from the client (I can do either), I changed the location of the STB computer in the STB-DS field to the client IP address and it now works! i have complete departure and arrival times. Thanks for all your help and patience Simon. Bob.. :)
  11. Hi! Super Traffic Board X is seems to be working very well with updates to scheduled landings and departures. That includes flight path statics (distance, altitude etc), gate status, landing, landed, taxi etc. The only issue I'm seeing is all arrival and departure times are question marks. Is there any solution for this? Thanks. Bob.. :)
  12. Simon, I now have the client talking to the FSX server. I would like to tell you that the re-install fixed it, however, I don't believe that was the case. It was my mistake, not the STB's install procedures . In my defense, going between two different manuals didn't help; but not an excuse. I found the problem with the SimConnect.cfg file in Mydocuments. I don't why, but it had an incorrect header. [simConnect.1] - The .1 should not be there Protocol=IPv4 Address=192.168.1.102 Port=500 MaxReceiveSize=8192 DisableNagle=1 I thought I had copied the one from ASE when I placed it in the documents folder, but apparently not. I have know idea where or why the .1 suffix was in the file. I removed it so the header is now [simConnect] and the client STB connects to the db sever instantly on the FSX server. I'm normally pretty good with this stuff, but it goes to show that a little experience combined with poor reading comprehension :), poor attention to detail can create problems. Now, I can start to figure out how to use your utility. Thanks. Bob.. :)
  13. Simon, I've uninstalled STB on both the client and FSX server attempting to start with a clean install. I have removed the programs, xml entry, and app data. How do I remove "Toggle Transmissions to STB (crtl+shift+S)" from the UT2 menu in the FSX Add-ons menu? Thanks. Bob..
  14. I was afraid of that. :( Both ASE and REX are working fine via Simmconnect so I don't think the config files are the problem. I'll tinker some more to see if I can find the issue. Thanks. Bob.. :)
