Hi, Thanks but I can't find any game log for Tracon 2102 I have downloaded the Microsoft error message : Where would I find the game Log for Tracon ? Tracon Set Up Error Message.rtf

Why do you keep telling me to do that. I have done it 5 times and I still get the same error message..... Obviously that is not the solution. Is there anything else I can do to fix this so it runs ? If not I would like a refund ! Please advise. Thanks Frank

Hi, I down loaded the software and then it automatically starts the install. When it get to the end of the install it give me that error message and if I try to run the program from the start menu folder it tells me Tracon 2012 has quit working and ends. I also get a Microsoft error message that say this software may not have installed correctly..... Any ideas ? Thanks Frank

I just downloaded Tracon 2012 and get this error message after it loads: " A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable has been detected on this machine" The program then does not run. I have tried your suggestion of right clicking and running as Administrator but I still get the same error message and the program won't run.
