  1. You have to hit the RESET button in the throttle area on page one of 11 then you will see the option to map to 4 throttles. Bud
  2. You can assign a key or button for "toggle aircraft labels" through FSUIPC. Bud
  3. There is nothing to "buy", just download and install the latest version. Bud
  4. John, I am at my Dad's and have access to his GoFlight throttle quad so I can do some testing. So far this is what I have found out: After engine 1 is started and you hit E2 to control engine 2, fuel flow is at 0, however, when you move the lever from its E1 position to the cutoff position it takes the value set by the E1 position. One way I think to get around this is after you start Engine 1, press E2 then when you go to move the lever, move it very quickly to the cutoff position and it does not seem to grab the E1 value. You should be able to start engine 2 normally. I can only test this in the PMDG B1900 but it seems to work as long as the fuel lever is not too high up when you start. If you want to monitor fuel flow to E2 use FSUIPCs logging function using offset 2120, putting a check inth e display to FStitle bar so that you can see the value there. If this does not work there is one other thing, does your aircraft have other fuel valves so that you can shut the fuel to engine 2 then open the valve when you are ready to start? Bud
  5. No need to uninstall, just put the new FSUIPC.dll file in your FS9 modules folder. All of your settings should be fine. Bud
  6. Download the FSUIPC SDK kit from this site and look at the FSUIPC for Programmers document in there. It will list all of the offsets. Bud
  7. Those levers are actually tied to the mixture command. If you have a toggle switch set it for mixture rich for one position and mixture lean for the other. Those are fuel control levers while fuel valves would probably be on another panel though not modeled on a panel for the default jet. Bud
  8. Glad to hear everything is working good for you now :) Bud
  9. I do not think it is possible the way you are asking. As far as I know FSUIPC does not assign any axis, it only lets you fine tune the calibrating of those already assigned. I do not have a throttle but it seems if you hit E1 then you should be able to use the pitch lever to control engine 1 while you start. Once engine 1 is started hit E2 then use the lever for engine 2 start. Then hit E12 to control both engines, the only problem being now as soon as you move the lever both engines will sync to that setting. Next time I am at my Dad's I can experiment on his GoFlight throttle. Bud
  10. Actually I think I was mistaken about the check in the map box, that is for one lever to control all mixtures. Take the check out of the box on page 2. Apparently though you say the levers are registering in FS when you assign them but not in FSUIPC? Do they work correctly in FS? Bud
  11. B42L8, When you are trying to assign the mixture levers in FSUIPC are you going to page 2 first and putting a check in the box for Map to 4 Mixt then going to page 4 and setting each lever? Bud
  12. Howard, I use the CH Fighterstick and Pro Throttle along with CH Control Manager. FSUIPC will see your buttons if they are assigned as DirectX Mode in Control Manager. If you are assigning key presses to them through Control Manager then no, FSUIPC will not see them as buttons. Bud
  13. Thanks Pete, Got it going now :) Bud
  14. Hi Pete, I am new to GFDisplay and am very slowly learning. After some trial and error I have been able to program my first GoFlight panel light using GFDisplay. I have one question, the GFDisplay documentation states that GFDisplay can be automatically be loaded by FSUIPC but I could not find how to do this. Could you enlighten me on this? Thanks, Bud
