Adding PACOT to a flight plan (solved)
in (Former) FS Commander Support Forum
Posted
I am trying to add a Pacific track to a flight plan using fscommander for a flight from Shanghai to Anchorage (ZSPD-PANC). When I download the PACOT tracks, the most northerly eastbound track (Track 1) ends at NUDGE, about 800nm south of PANC, making a total distance of 5510nm. Using the track seems a mighty long detour. You can't delete part of a PACOT. I can generate a plan without a using a Pacific track. What would happen in the real world? Any advice appreciated
Thanks
Ian
