Upside down, inside out airport image in Tower airfield editor

I have an interesting issue with using Airfield Editor in the Tower!2011 SDK. Right up front, I am creating the image files for the airport I am trying to model, and when I bring the first .tga file in, it is, how can I describe it, inside-out? totally flipped and inverted. Cant do much with that unfortunately. I can rotate the image, but it is inside-out.. The airfield is NZAA, Auckland International, New Zealand. RAR File attached with the screenshots. The first jpg file is the screen capture from google maps, the other is the screen capture of the editor when I import the .tga converted file (also in the rar). Any advice? Or should I give up on trying to make my home airport? Thanks Phil Dev.rar

Odd I have been running Tower 2011 and Tracon 2012 for quite a while now and all of a sudden I get this error message telling me my display mode is not supported (see attached screen shot of error message). My tower.log rar is attached as is the screenshot. Windows 7 (6.1) Home premium, 64 Bit SP1 (Build 7601) DirectX 11.0 4G memory NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS rev B1 512MB Speech and everything else OK. As I said, have been running both programs for ages without any problem. The latest was about 10 days ago. Any advice please? I havent tried running tracon yet, but will. Thanks Phil tower.rar
