You'll get no solution from Wilco I guess ... They answer to your mail, it's not the problem. But they are not the developpers and know quite nothing about this soft ! They only know what is written on package, and will say to contact feelthere ... In my case, I've reinstalled this simulator which has no equivalent (tower 2011 is quite different) and I'm trying to edit terminals and atc clearances commands. But wilco is unable to help me.

Wich software are you speaking about ? Tower simulator v1.x ?
