I removed RT and RC as instructed and got the following: error.log output_log.txt crash.dmp

Hi I have experienced a number of crashes on the program predominantly in KJFK. I recently downloaded and installed the latest RT version. I looked at the txt file and it is making reference to CSTEAM - I don't not use this medium. My issue appears to have disappeared. I was looking at other posts and someone mentioned running the program with 'Administrator' privileges. I believed I had set this up, but when I checked it wasn't the case. Thank you for the continued support.

Hi - I have recently downloaded and installed 3D Pro. I have experienced two crashes of the program which appear to have reset themselves. However my main area of concern is trying to move ADIRS and the STRIP onto my second screen. The both appear with a blue background and then disappear. Anything I am doing wrong. Prior to release of SP1 I could press F1 and pan around the airports, however since the upgrade the facility has gone - is there anything I am doing wrong or was this facility removed!!

Can you confirm that all of the aircraft are white? and that the aircraft types are as they should be as the Air France A388 is showing as a B777. Thank you for this update and your assistance. B

Finally got it sorted - it appears Kaspersky wasn't allowing Speech Rec to receive audio. However I have quite a number of add-ons to Tower 2011 and this is the only time this problem has occurred - i.e. after the installation of EGLL. Has anything changed within the set up of this add-on? One my other issue with not seeing the main Terminal 5 and the South Side of Terminal 4 on the main screen - is there anything that can be done to ensure the whole airport is visible on the screen? Gareth My apologies - Frankfurt is doing the same - I didn't check the others as its very time consuming - I also took a screen shot of the Kaspersky issue it says 'Speech recognition from the trusted group run by restricted program is attempting to receive a audio stream' The PID provided is 9568 with a path of c:\windows\speech\common\sapisvr.exe Thanks for your help so far B

It only happens on EGLL. Something else I noticed - the main building of terminal 5 and part of terminal 4 don't show on the main screen. Is there a way to fix this? I don't appear to be having much luck with this!!

Sorted When the program loads for the 1st time is looks for the directory Feel there and not Feelthere. When it doesn't find what its looking for its asks approval to create the new directory which off course is in the wrong place. Possibly the publisher could resolve this in the near future. Since the correct directory is being used - Tower now stops after the airport loads. I get a continued circle trying to complete the process however this then goes to a white screen. Even using Task Manager doesn't work and the only way out of this is to reboot. I also get notification that Kaspersky doesn't like a process that the speech recognition is using which may exacerbate the error above.

Hi - I have just purchased and tried to install EGLL for Tower 2011 from the Feelthere website. My system is showing that the program has installed but the Airport does not show in the airport list. Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated B

Is anyone looking at Heathrow or CDG? - The diverse numbers of flights these two deal with must be on the cards 'surely'

I recently installed Windows 10 Pro from Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Tower 2011 SP1 Multi initially had issues, then my shortcuts didnt work. I have since uninstalled the program and Windows 10 wont allow me to re-install. Anyone having similar issues?
