  1. Pete, It turns out that you are right. I was making a mistake. For some reason, I've been consistently mis-typing my old e-mail address. I guess I need my bifocals changed. Age is not for sissies. Thanks for your help and I'm sorry to have bothered you with what was, after all, my own goofy error. Bob
  2. Pete, Thanks for the response. It will be a couple of days before I can get back to the sim because of my schedule. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks again. Bob
  3. Ian, I reran the installer just now and entered everything exactly as listed in the confirmation e-mail. The response was, "Sorry, this is not a valid 12-digit key."
  4. Hi Ian. Thanks for the response. Yes, I entered the details exactly. I had purchased with an older e-mail address, but I did enter the old one.
  5. Forgive me if this has been covered elsewhere. When attempting to reinstall FSUIPC4 on a new computer, I entered the 12-digit FSUIPC Key EXACTLY as it appeared on the receipt from SimMarket. The install program then informed me that this was not a valid key. Are the keys time-limited? I can provide a copy of the receipt if you need it. Bob Jones
  6. Pete, Thanks. Even though this is the same machine, I forgot that since I did a total reformat that everything was wiped! Appreciate your prompt help. Bob
  7. Pete, I recently had to reload my entire system. When I reloaded FSUIPC, I took the key file and copied it into the Modules subdirectory of FS2004. However, my version of FSUIPC is showing up as "unregistered." Any help you could give me would be most appreciated. I can provide you with proof of purchase (donation) info if you need it. Thanks. Bob Jones
