I bought the game two hours ago and I'm having the same problem. I have run install as admin, then run the game as admin. I have run the install clean then run the game as admin. I have run install as admin, then run the game clean. I have run the install clean then run the game clean. In every case it starts, gives me the first screen and nothing happens when I hit start. Any advice before I seek a refund? Thanx for your help. Claude
