  1. Thanks for the detailed answer. You are right, I now understand how AI traffic works. I am just trying to keep my server free from software which could have a negative impact on FSX performance. This already works great with PFPX+TOPCAT and Active Sky nicely running on my client pc. The injection principle sounds interesting, however I gues it would only help when just a limited number of AI aircraft are injected (i.e. only the planes that are within a radius of 100miles?) and not the whole database at once. I heard a lot about VoxAtc which I may now try out. Thanks anyway for your support Robert
  2. Hi Pete, I intend to purchase AI traffic software and run it on my client computer and connect it with my FSX computer (Server). Are you aware of any software that will be network compatible and run either via widefs or simconnect? None of the programs I have seen so far (i.e. MyTraffic or Ultimate Traffic) seem to be network compatible - at least the description doesn't mention so. Kind regards Robert van Veen Germany
  3. hi, I came accross the same issue and have found this information on the WILCO website: <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< If you experience strange behavior or CTD (crash to desktop) Delete the "fmgc.cfg" file located in the \FeelThere\Airbus\Fmgc\A320 directory. Another one will be created automatically at your next flight. Removing this file is especially important if you have updated the navigation database with a different AIRAC cycle. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< I have tried and it worked. No more CTD's  Good luck Robert
  4. Hi Pete, There was no file with a ".log" extention in the modules folder but this is what I thouht would be the one (it just said FSUIPC and is a text document) By the way, I have downloaded the latest FSUIPC-version 3.9xxx. I don't know whether this matters. I do not have the older FSUIPC version from 2006 anymore. Thanks Robert <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< ********* FSUIPC, Version 3.999z8 by Pete Dowson ********* Running on Windows Version 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2 Running inside FS2004 (FS9.0 CONTROLS.DLL, FS9.1 WEATHER.DLL) User Name="" User Addr="" FSUIPC not user registered WIDEFS not user registered, or expired Module base=61000000 WeatherReadInterval=4 LogOptions=00000001 DebugStatus=0 2157 System time = 19/01/2015 20:08:59 2172 C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\ 2172 System time = 19/01/2015 20:08:59, FS2004 time = 12:00:00 (00:00Z) 3625 FLIGHTS\OTHER\FLTSIM.flt 3641 AIRCRAFT\c172\Cessna172SP.air 9954 System time = 19/01/2015 20:09:07, FS2004 time = 10:15:13 (17:15Z) 9954 *** FSUIPC log file being closed Memory managed: 0 Allocs, 0 Freed ********* FSUIPC Log file closed *********** <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
  5. Hi, Long time ago I purchased FSUIPC 3 and am trying to install and register for FS9. Everything seems to work fine, even the registration through the installer works and my registration data was accepted. However, when I open FSUIPC in FS9 I see that FSUIPC is still unregistered. I have followed all instructions and can't see anything wrong. Appreciating your support Robert
