FSUIPC Not Installing
in FSUIPC Support Pete Dowson Modules

I tried all I can to load FSUIC 4.938f I even purchased the serial. The error I receive is Problem! Cannot edit the FSX DLL.XML file to activate FSUIPC. also that I make sure you run FSX which I have.
Installer for FSUIPC4.DLL version 4.938f
