  1. Thank you! That's a shame though, it's quite a useful instruction. Steve
  2. Not sure about that instruction, it would normally be given as "Taxi to holding point D via F A, give way to the 737 at C", or "Taxi to hold short of C" - in the UK anyway. We don't use "Hold Short Of" for a runway in the UK, we always use a holding point. I would like the conditional clearances of "give way", "follow" and "behind" though, both for ground and tower. Steve
  3. Another request... Can an arrival have its runway vacating taxiway specified, often for ground movement planning you may want one to continue to a specific point before vacating, but it seems that they will always come off where it's been predetermined, and can't be changed.
  4. If I did this at work, we'd have a queue of departures 50 aircraft long, with ones having a short taxi route sitting looking at the runway whilst waiting for another from the other side of the airfield to get there! Sorry, don't agree with that idea at all!
  5. I have read the reporting bugs thread, but this doesn't seem to be totally reproducible. However, I thought I would post anyway in case it's something that can be looked at. I have had a number of ground collisions that really shouldn't have happened. For example, 4 aircraft holding at GR on runway 08R at EGKK, the next aircraft given GR as a hold just taxies straight into the back of number 4. Another time, an aircraft given taxi from stand 553 at EGKK, then one from 53 given a follow company. The one from 53 taxied straight into the back of the one from 553 (this is the one in the attached game.log). I can understand collisions occurring around corners or similar, but I wouldn't expect an aircraft to try and taxi through the one ahead. I will continue to try and get it to happen again and attach the files if I can! Thanks, Steve game.zip
  6. Hi, Great sim and easy to edit the schedules and airfields too! A couple of things I would like to be able to do... 1. Rearrange my departure strips into the correct order at the holding point (drag and drop?). Aircraft calling later, but with a shorter taxi route will often end up at the runway first, but with the strip showing second in the queue. 2. Have stand numbers shown on arrival strips. I don't need to be able to allocate or change, but it would be good to see this for taxiway route planning (to save right clicking on the ADIRS screen). Thanks! Steve
  7. Charts for European airports are all available from http://www.ead.eurocontrol.int/eadcms/eadsite/index.php.html. You will need to create a free account (EAD Basic) before you can access the AIPs (Aeronautical Information Publications) for each country, but it shouldn't take long. Steve
