My review/thoughts based on @Nasder's youtube video:

With LFPG, it appears there is less reliance on satellite images either by design or by necessity (due to cost/availability). There are some pros/cons to this, as there are no satellite/graphic overlay inconsistencies. However, the airport looks less real making it more game-like than simulation-like.

I wounder if this choice was a compromise to improve performance.   LFPG appears to have a large territory, along with a high gate count a huge number of taxiways.  Just a thought.

I can happily confirm, there will be a next version 🙂

    Happy Easter everyone

Vic you are clearly a skilled politician who knows how to answer the tough questions.  Have you considered running for public office?   I would ask if you could confirm that development has begun, but I won't since I am sure that you would answer, "That depends upon what the meaning of 'development' is."  🙂

Pro was released in early 2017 and the final patch was March 2018.

Andrew, can you share the source (or original quote) for this statement?

Sorry, Craig.  Did not mean to start a fire.   I may have been too specific/presumptuous/optimistic in my statement.  Probably I should have said "planning stages."   My point was that Vic has repeatedly, and over a long period of time, iterated that FeelThere firmly plans on developing a new version.  Ariel has also recently made sevearal mentions of adding users' requests for new features to a planning list.

  4. If you mean software updates, not really.  The product was patched several times, but development is now considered complete.  A new version is said to be in the very early stages of development.

However, paid new add-ons are being released every month or two. Vancouver (CYVR) is expected in the very near future, with Dubai and Melbourne to follow.

  5. Open you main Tower 3D folder.

    Open the file Tower3D.rec

Add the following text in the logical spot:

#airplane1; PUSHBACK APPROVED, EXPECT RUNWAY ;#runway1; VIA ;#taxiway1;#taxiway2;#taxiway3;#taxiway4;#taxiway5;#taxiway6

#airplane1; PUSHBACK APPROVED, EXPECT RUNWAY ;#runway1; AT ;#taxiway1

#airplane1; PUSHBACK APPROVED, EXPECT RUNWAY ;#runway1; AT ;#taxiway1; VIA ;#taxiway2;#taxiway3;#taxiway4;#taxiway5;#taxiway6

If desired, you may also add one more:

    #airplane1; RUNWAY ;#runway1; VIA ;#taxiway2;#taxiway3;#taxiway4;#taxiway5;#taxiway6

It gets rid of the cumbersome  "Delta 2143, Runway 26L.  Taxi via Echo."  Now you can just say "Delta 2143, Runway 26L via Echo."  To me, at least, this is much more intuitive.

    Enjoy Andrew

well i thought they were just for that airport and were like airport specific but thats great that it would work on all the airports so a rc update does that but then what does real traffic to is that just plane types and to what airline

Exactly.  The individual RC packs are customized to represent the airline/airframe inventory of specific airports, but they frequently overlap with other airports.  If, for example, you own the packs for, EDDM and EGKK, then you will have pretty good coverage for LEBL even if you do not buy its dedicated RC pack.

EGKK doesn't use 26R in reality. The only time they do is on a night shift when there are no heavy aircraft due in or out for maintenance on the main runway, 26L / 8R.

To be fair though, it should be possible to use it in the game, and this does appear to be a bug and not deliberate on the part of Feel There.  After all, it appears that 26R was intended to be functional, since it shows up as a select-able active runway in the menu when starting the game.

  8. Iv'e been asking for this for nearly two years.  KATL could be a great add-on if they would fix 3-4 items holding it back.  This was one of the first add-ons released, and many other airports have been patched, some multiple times, but for some reason, KATL never seems to get a turn.  It's a real shame.

  9. I'll bite.  It is a relatively small airport, but the terminal/taxiway layout is complex enough to be interesting, and makes for a nice flow to and from the runway.  Yes it actually is possible to shoot gaps, within reason.  The first exit seems well positioned to get planes off the runway with reasonable efficiency.

Excellent.  I spent many hours trying to get every power hour as playable as possible w/ the limitations of the game.

Glad to see that you have worked out a practical way to do that.  If you are looking for a challenge, perhaps you could try something similar with KSFO?  That airport has the biggest spacing problem of any available.

Gatwick is like San Diego, except SAN only one runway, where GKK has two runways (26R/18L converted taxiway) and those are too close together for simultaneous operations.

Gotta be on your toes at one runway airports that are busy like SAN, GKK and so forth.

Does not make much difference in the game, but in real life SAN is much more constrained by terrain and surrounding buildings.  I presume, but have not checked that GKKs main runway is longer than SAN as well.
