  1. That was a previous LOG file. As you have directed, I deleted the LOG and INI files that I had transfered. I then run FS9. the "Modules" menu entry was still missing. I then looked in the FS9 Modules folder and found that no LOG or INI files had been created. I downloaded the latest FSUIPC 3.5.3 version, and installed it. I got the same results. I had a BUP version of the modules file that I had saved Dec 28, 2005. I know positively that this version was working. I replaced the present FS9 Modules folder with this one. I had the same results as no Modules Menu was showing in the FS9 flight screen. I appreciate your patience in this and hope that you can determine what I am doing wrong.
  2. Hey Pete, I don't know whether I got my .LOG file to attach. 3. Hi Pete, At the time that I read your reply, I checked and did not have a FSUIPC.ini or a FSUIPC.log file. I must have deleted them when I was trying to remove any duplicates or re-names. I found them in the Recycle bin and restored them, however I still can't get "Modules" to show in the FS9 flight screen. I hope that you can figure out where I went stupid. I am attqching my FSUIPC.LOG file. Thanks
  4. I recently installed an upgrade for a payware aircraft. It appeared that this installation corrupted part of FS9 and I eventually opted to uninstall and re-install FS9. (This may have been a bad choice). Now I am re-installing scenery and aircraft. I am having problems installing FSUIPC 3.53 in FS9. (I had the 3.45 up grade for registered Version FSUIPC 3). The problem is that I cannot get the “Modules” item to show in the flight screen menu. Please note the following: 1. I believe that the FSUIPC.dll is properly installed in the FS9 Modules file. At least it is setting there and shows 224 KBs in the properties. 2. I have made certain that, as far as I can tell, there are no multiple copies of the FSUIPC.dll in the Modules folder or anywhere in my FS9 file. This includes any re-named. 3. Task Manager does not show that there is anything else running and that is not fully terminated. 4. I am not running Window Screens. 5. FSUIPC was running fine before I reinstalled FS9. I would apprediate it if Pete or someone can figure out what I have done wrong so that I can get my FSUIPC up and running. Thanks, Ted
  5. First of all Pete, I mentioned that I had followed all of your instructions meaning the FSUIPC manual that came with 3.47 Just to let you know that I had tried to do the thing right. Secondly, as far as I know there never has been an axis assigned to the trim, but it has always worked pretty much as it should until I installed the latest release of FSUIPC. For trim control I am using the rocker switch on top of the CH yoke. So I will find out what axis to assign to the elevator trim, and see if I can work it out from there. Thanks for your help. Tailskid
  6. I have install the 3.47 release and re-calibrated the flight controls. I am having problems with the elevator trim being extremely sensitive. When I go to Joysticks page 6/Elevator trim and click "Reset" I get -16380 Min, -512/+512 center, and 16380 Max. When I click on "Set", on each the value goes to 0. I noticed that on my FS Joystick assignments that there is no trim axis assigned. I have tried to follow your instructions very closely, but I can't seem to find a way to reduce this sensitivity. I hope that you can point me in the right direction. Thanks Tailskid
  7. I realize that Pete is on Holiday, but someone may can advise me here. I have a registered upgrade to the new FSUIPC v3.201. I note in the Users Guide that it mentions the FSUIPC.INI file. I cannot find a FSUIPC.ini in any folder. My FSUIPC appears to be working like it always has. What is the significance of my not having a FSUIPC.INI file? :(
  8. I have been using the paid version of FSUIPC. I did a clean install of XP Home. I had to reinstall FS9 of course. I have re-downloaded FSUIPC, but can't get the modules menu to show in the top task bar. I think that I have it installed as I did before which was all of the FSUIPC folders plus the dll file in the modules folder. I have even opened a new FSUIPC folder and put all of the sub folders but the dll into that. Still no modules menue. I know I must be doing something dumb. Help! I can't keep it even near the centerline on takeoff without FSUIPC.
