New aircraft types won't exist unless you create them yourself. Probably the easiest thing to do is to take an existing plane and just use it for the new model. For example, using the A321 for the A21N you should be able to copy and rename the appropriate files. Then using the plane editor, you can make the necessary changes to get the game to use the new plane type (update the name, performance characteristics, add liveries, etc.). The last step would be to add the A21N to the airplanes.txt file.
