On March 24 the Schedule Creator will be online. This tool is not to be confused with the Schedule Builder. This is about creating your own real world or fantasy schedules. Basically what happens here is the same as if you edit the text files of the Real Traffic AddOn - just better! 😁 I'm already informing about this, so that all interested people know about it by the time it is released, can try it out shortly after, and ideally give feedback and bug reports. This is therefore crucial, as I don't plan to work on the tool beyond March, unless there should be a serious bug discovered later on. I hope there are some people who are interested in this website and have fun with it. https://creator.eligrim.de/ The release is delayed another day to March 24, probably late evening CET. During testing in live conditions a serious bug has come to light which has to be fixed before anyone can work with the website. Right now (past 3am my time) I am too tired to do that.

Hi all, I think it is best we have one place for a complete list of custom schedule's already developed (and future ones). Therefore I have created a blog post (linked below) which I will keep up-to-date with the aid of community developers. Complete Custom Schedule's List PLAYERS (users of a custom schedule): Support is provided on the airport timetable thread by the developer (i.e. the link found on the table on the blog post above - "Complete Custom Schedule's List"). If there is an error or an issue with a custom schedule, please reply on the appropriate custom schedule thread; not this one! Custom schedule developers do not check this thread for such reports. CUSTOM SCHEDULE DEVELOPERS ***IMPORTANT***: When you create your own custom schedule topic on the forum, please make sure to include "CUSTOM SCHEDULE" in the title along with the airport ICAO code so it is easy to identify. This also allows your schedule to appear in the "complete list" link on the blog post above. For example, a topic title of "KJFK Custom Schedule Winter 2019 v1.1" (without the speech marks). I HIGHLY recommend you use a version number in the title and main post to help users identify if they need to update their files. e.g. v1, v2 or v1.1, v1.2 etc. If you need to make changes to your schedule after release; please update the original post. Do NOT start a new topic unless you are posting a schedule based upon a different time period. Not required but HIGHLY recommended: To achieve maximum compatibility for users who wish to play your schedule on multiplayer; it is recommended you create "hourly snippets". Between 3-6 hourly snippets should suffice, depending on the number of flights within the time period of your schedule's hourly snippet. For example; create your schedule, provide the full timetable "schedule.txt" but also provide hourly snippets: 0600-1000, 1000-1400, 1400-1800, 1800-2200 or similar depending on the flow between those hours. These can also overlap as well; e.g. 1000-1500, 1400-1800 and 1700-2300. Why do this? It helps prevent long loading times and loading issues; i.e. a schedule not loading and players getting disconnected (see here for an example). Not required but recommended: Please provide a chart or table of your timetable (hourly is suggested) so that it is easy for users to pick a time slot to play. If you have any new schedules, either PM me the link or DM me it on the Multiplayer discord server so I can update the blog post. If you would like me to add special developer notes to the blog post (or amend what I have stated already), please feel free to PM or discord DM me and I shall happily do so. Please send me only one message. I am not as active on here due to other commitments elsewhere and losing interest in the current version of T3D. I aim to reply and add your schedule within at least a week; though usually less - especially if contacted via the discord server mentioned. If you send me more than one message in a fortnight, it is likely I will not reply or add your schedule due to your gross negligence on how to follow simple instructions as outlined in this very post.

With the Schedule Builder you can create your own customized schedules for Tower!3D and Tower!3D Pro. Real Traffic AddOn is required to play the generated schedules. SCHEDULE BUILDER TOOL WEBSITE HOW IT WORKS: Select an airport by typing the ICAO code or click SHOW ALL to get to a drop-down list. Decide how many hours your schedule should include. Select a starting time. Decide on the hourly traffic volume. Decide whether the first hour should have more arrivals or departures. Decide if you want a realistic distribution of the airlines or more variety. Optionally add GA (General Aviation) flights. Decide whether GA flights should request special flight maneuvers. Select how the GA callsigns should be processed. Decide whether airlines of the Retro RC Pack should be used. Click on GENERATE TIMETABLE to create your schedule. For each of the options there is a small blue question mark. Click on it to get more detailed information about each option of the Schedule Builder. For further questions read the FAQ on the website or use the contact form. Once your schedule is created, you will be taken to the download page. Download each file and save it to a folder on your hard drive. Read the file x_READ_ME_FIRST.txt, it contains all necessary information on how to use your schedule in Tower!3D Pro. Clicking on a link will start the download, but you will remain on the download page. When you have downloaded all files, please click on the KEEP SERVER CLEAN button. Once you have left the download page, you can't return to it. So it makes no sense to leave your schedule on the server. Work on the Schedule Builder is completed. All 28 airports (base game plus 25 DLC airports) that were planned for implementation are available. There are no plans to add more airports. My wife and I have been running KSan for a while and she was ready for more challenge for Ground. I updated the Ga and the schedule for commercial flights by adding more departures. This totally backfired and I ended up inundated with many more inbound flights than I had before when running the same time period. However, it worked for her during that time because she had more departures which I had worked into the schedule. Why did I get more inbound flights when all the flights I added to the schedule were only departures, no new arrivals?

Hi all, Here is my second ever schedule, this one is for a single day at EDDM Munich airport. The schedule is based on real flight data from Monday 29th July 2019, it's a slightly busier day than my previous Gatwick schedule but with two runways it's easily manageable. Hello all, Here is my first attempt at a schedule for Tower3D! It's based on the date Wednesday 24th of July 2019. All flight times and airlines are accurate for the most part except for Easyjet Europe, instead this is replaced with Easyjet Switzerland. I've also added a few fictional cargo flights to keep the cargo terminals populated during the day/evening. All files in the zip are required for the schedule to work if you find any issues/errors with the schedule please let me know below and I'll fix them up. While hourly flights are not very high it can be quite challenging at times trying to get aircraft out. Hope you all enjoy. Created another schedule for KPHL, enjoy the airport quirks and all. Found this schedule to be pretty hectic at times making it a decent challenge. Some fun GA and overall works without issues. Testing a few GA's that may have problems but any issues you find I'll see what I can do to fix. Feel free to re-post or what have you and enjoy :) Video for 8am from the schedule here. I played it with a self imposed "scenario" which hosed me but was fun overall lol. Got annoyed at a few bits, myself and just for fun of pushing through. Hey, the last couple of weeks I was busy building my first own schedule for Boston. The schedule is completely based on traffic from March 23. 2018! Every flight number should be correct and has been used on that day in reality! It has over 1250 flights in it and has some quite busy hours. Especially the GA traffic got way busier in my schedule. You need to be a good controller to handle the amount of small GA planes taxiing around the airport while you have big jets that want to go all around the world! I have included snippet files as well that start from 6am and go until 22pm. This helps to prevent the no free terminal issues. So if you want to play one of the busy hours (like 3pm) I recommend you to use those ,,snippets". This is my first own schedule and there might be some small problems here and there, just get back to me as soon as you find a mistake in the schedule and I will change it.
