Hi Pete, Problem: Strange behavior of CH yoke, weird values, not able to calibrate the Yoke properly. Calibrating ailerons gives 2 negative values for left and right (Min/Max) -16380 and -16251 Or is it an FSUIPC? IS FSUIPC able to change Windows 10 settings. Suspected cause: Suspect a change in Windows 10, USB Game controller for CH Yoke shows values for X,U,X, axis inverted. I do not know what triggered it as I don't fly that often right now. Question: How can I set the Windows X,Y,Z values back so that they behave normally? (Back = 0 forward is max value) Actions already taken: Reset of Yoke settings Deleted .ini file to start blanc, Disconnected all USB devices Deleted the Yoke in the register (RegEdit) Created new profile Installed older FSUIPC - I use FSUIPC quit a time, never had issues like this - Current FSUIPC version: 5.152 - There are no crash issues - FSUIPC Log and .ini are attached - Simulator P3D V4.5 - Contols are disabled in P3D Kind regards Eric FSUIPC5.log FSUIPC5 Install.log FSUIPC5.1.log FSUIPC5_prev.log FSUIPC5 before Profiles files.ini dll.xml

I installed the latest Windows update after that I installed the new FSUIPC5 Windows crashed and uninstalled FSUIPC5 I reinstalled it and started P3D everything looked ok. But all my controls were set to a totally different setup unable to fly till I reset all my Joystick functions and Throttle functions. FSUIPC shows up in the add-on. Checked the FSUIPC log all looks ok no faults? Next time I start P3D v4.3 all the setting changed again and Windows was acting strangely. Removed all FSUIPC files everything is working normally. My dilemma is that I also use Aivlasoft Electronic Flight Bag v2 which requires FSUIPC I have no idea what the problem is. If you want me to reinstall FSUIPC5 and send you the log file I can. Any help would be appreciate. I have idea where to go to next? Ninemile

Just installed last night. Visually everything looks ok. As far as sounds, I hear the music, background noises, and others like pushback gates. What I don't hear are any pilot interactions. No check in when entering airspace, no readback confirmations, nothing. Also, the speech recognition doesn't respond to any input. I know the hardware works because I use it with various other voice communication apps (Teamspeak, Ventrilo, Discord). Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit. 16GB RAM, Intel Core i7 Realtek High Definition audio chipset Thanks for a quick response. If I can't get it working I'll need to submit a return. game.log

Hi All. I've developed this script to perform a cold an dark startup and to issue key presses if the hat switch is moved. The keys then change cameras defined in EzCam Views. In the main section I enable a series of button events and key events. This is fine when I select an aircraft for the first time, but if I change aircraft after that, I get a crash to desktop. The only solutions to this CTD are either to use Lua Kill All at the end of every flight or to remove the lines between startColdAndDark(0, 0, 0) and setowndisplay("PRE-FLIGHT BRIEFING", 5, 10, 30, 25). It seems that the Lua thread is not terminating on change of aircraft for some reason, (possibly a problem on Windows 10?). Is there any kind of destructor method I can use to kill lua automatically if I change aircraft? Thanks Pontius. hat_fore_and_aft.lua

Pete, Good evening. I am wondering about an issue I am experiencing on my machine. I updated to Windows 10 last year to get beyond the sleeping controllers in Windows 8. I got by that issue but then upgraded to Prepar 3D v 2.x. From there, I began having some problems with the controllers. I had invested in the paid version of your application and recently purchased it again. Lost my old key. When I go to Prepar 3D i had the activate FSUIPC I went through some articles on the website here. I tried to figure out how to configure FSUIPC to manage my controllers and the buttons. I couldn't figure them all out. For instance the flaps. Now, when I try to put the flaps down, the gear goes down as well. I think the simulator keys are still activated. How do I go about resetting FSUIPC back to defaults settings wise? so I can go through and document the mappings as they are in the simulator. I am looking to begin the process of purchasing a new flight sim chair and monitor mount. All the switches and knobs as well. When I do this I am sure I will need to reconfigure everything. I setup a profile in FSUIPC for Prepar3d. But in doing that, I think I messed things up a bit. Now the settings are conflicting. I noticed that when I try to use the rudder, even though its setup in FSUIPC and I have unchecked enable controller in Prepar, I can't use the pedals to turn. With that I want to start over. Is there a way to completely disable the controller in Prepar? Or do I need to go in each time to uncheck the box each time? As I add more devices to this mix and begin to switch out my current setup and build the Flight Simulator out, I want to make sure I can easily program the devices. There are soo many settings and options, it would be nice if there were a way to simply import the settings from the simulator into the FSUIPC program and then be able to disable the settings in the simulator. I know you're busy so I appreciate your time.
