  1. Hello, I have bought a Saitek X52 Pro (replacing a Thrustmaster 4 HOTAS) and thinking that it will work flawlessly, I plugged it into USB slot, then installed the related software and the FSX-P3D and Xp11 plugins required from the manufacturer's website, which later I found out was a mistake. As the title suggests now P3Dv4.1 crashes to desktop while loading the main scenario screen. If I disconnect the controller, the application starts fine. I followed some steps that I found here in this forums, like uninstalling the software, removing the device and the drivers from Device Manager but it still doesn't work. Also interesting is that I can't even find the device listed in Device Manager although it is connected and visible under "Devices and Printers" I am attaching the relevant files and any help is appreciated. Thanks. event viewer.txt FSUIPC5.log FSUIPC5.JoyScan.csv
  2. Tried for long time but no luck. Need help with a line of code to reset a flag on the X52 PRO PINKIE BUTTON to Off. Background. X52 Pro. Running VRS Superbug/Tacpack. Button “C” on the stick. It moves the TDC to the left DDI. Uncages. It sets the target. It designates. All works fine. (See Lines 39 40 41) If I want to un-designate immediately or at a later stage, I want to use the same button, “C”, first by pressing the PINKIE, then Button “C” again. (see Line 42) Works fine up to here. But I want to reset the Flag to be able to go to the target designations again if I need to without remembering to reset the Flag to “Clear” OFF by pressing the PINKIE. This instruction does not work!!!!!! I have one joystick which is “0”. 256 * 0 + 5 = 5. ?? 99=;#Code BELOW: TDC to RDDI, Uncage, Designate and Undesignate 39=P0,4,K39,10 -{Key press: ctl+Right}- 40=P0,4,K85,10 ; Uncage -{Key press: ctl+U}- 41=P0,4,K13,8 -{Key press: Rtn}- 42=CP(F+0,5)0,4,K46,9 ; Un-Designate -{Key press: shft+Del}- 43=P0,5,C1004,5 ; Set Flag to OFF ????????????????????????????????????? 99=; Thank you Charles Abela ------------------------ SPECS: Win 7 Premium - 64 BIT, Intel i7 5820, 16G Ram, NVIDIA GTX 970, Monitor 1920 x 1080 x 16. 4. Hi Assigning the same button(s) to different functions ------------------------------------------------------------- Background: Running VRS Superbug / TacPack with Saitek X52 Pro. -------------------------------------------------------------- OBJECTIVE & PROBLEM: I would like to know if it is possible to have the same button or buttons assigned for different functions based on Conditional Programming through the INI file. I would like to be able to hold the Pinkie Lever to turn a FLAG on and use an existing pre-assigned button to execute a new action while I am holding the Pinkie Lever. I need to stick to the INI in-line code. I strongly prefer not to look at further software - Linda, SDK etc. ------------------------------------------------------------- I have looked at the User Guide and Advance Guides and googled articles but I must be doing something wrong if the above is possible. I have assigned most of the buttons on the Yoke and the Throttle and all work fine which serves the navigation requirements. However, I will need to look at the Weaponry.
