Yuji Sato
I'm a japanese user of fsuipc. I bought a fsuipc once and got a key for fsuipc. But because of bad condition of my pc, I reinstall everthing of my pc. Unfortunately,I lost a paper which was written key on it. How can I get key again? Is it possible to get again? Do I have to pay again? I found the key for fsuipc on the history of purchase in the simmarket!!

I don't have any records as I don't issue the keys. Regards, Pete
sonjamichelle
I have a similar problem with WideFS, however when I enter the key from simmarket, FSUIPC tells me that the WideFS key is invalid. Something tells me that there was an email about this. Though unfortunately due to an hdd crash I lost my email from back then.

Are all the details for WideFS the same as for FSUIPC? The name and email address need to be identical, as it says in the documentation. Even if it wasn't, I can't change the name and address that is displayed in the WideFS registration dialog. I even deleted the the .key file and started from scratch, double checking the info. FSUIPC registers just fine. WideFS still says the key is invalid. I have my sim-market order id if that's what's needed to verify.

Please send the WideFS notification and your current FSUIPC.KEY file to me, petedowson@btconnect.com, and I'll try to see what is wrong.
