KennyG
Hi All Just recently purchased the six month subscription for FS Live with AirNav. It appears to be working as advertised, the question I have for others who have the same program, how do you tell which planes are the actually live ones, and which planes are being generated through FS9 via AI aircraft. I did a search of this forum, and couldn't find anything relating to my question. Take care and tks for any responses. Kenny G.
Husain
Hi Kenny, The installation of the program should have disabled the default AI traffic so any traffic you see in the sim should be 'live' traffic.
KennyG
Tks. for the reply I must of screwed something up because I still see many aircraft with the prefix MT and even airlines which are no longer in existance. Is it possible that I have forgotten to load the program properly. It appears to install properly when I click onto Live FS shortcut. When starting FS9 it loads up the new scenery etc. Kenny G. Burkhard
Did you have MyTraffic installed before FSLive startup, and do you tend to use - FSLive traffic only in the area it covers ( North America) and - MyTraffic in the rest of the world, plus for military and for GA traffic? In this case, do the following: - Start MyTraffic.exe in the \MyTraffic folder. - Load the version 2.1 database - Make a "Create all files and traffic" - in the next dialog, check the "FSLive compatibility box" - and let it do the rest. After the files got created and compiled, the MyTraffic airliners should be banned from Northern America (but a very few).
