An unhappy customer - lots of problems.

I purchased and installed FS Military AI today and have various problems:

All of the helicopters rotors are stationary when in flight, the CH47 bounces and disappears whilst taxiing and the C130 propellors show only as a black disc from the front and a white disc from the rear.

I am not happy with the purchase, how can these major faults be fixed?

a) Does the rotor show blurry or massive.

If massive, it looks like you are missing a texture, the Hercules problem points into the same direction, if it is the case I will lookup which one it is.

If blurry, ther is nothing we can do, the rotation speed of AI propellors is given by FS9.

B) the CH47 has taxi problems? You use the stock taxi speed or an increased one? I only saw a CH53 bouncing once.

a) The rotors show as static, ie they are not moving even at cruise speed.

a1) The hercules slow prop speed is ok.

b) I am using the standard taxi speed and all of the CH47's i've watched have at some point bounced and disappeared.

BTW, I have my own AI versions of flyable SH3, Dauphin and CH47 which have none of these problems.

What airport are you using? Looks like it either has no VTP_Area_height defined, or the defined one isn't identical to the one used in the taxiway network.

If the two aren't identical, AI aircraft initiated in a PAUSE state are at different location than those placed during execution. If non is defined as example, aircrafts will be sorted along the underlying mesh, while the airport looks like flat.

I attach a small archive containing the two textures needed for the CH47 rotor resp C130 propellor depending on state, please just place them to the main \texture folder.

Thank you for the textures, what about all of the other purchasers who will be missing these?

The airport is one of the UK 2000 series. The sequence was that I followed the CH47 in the foreground with Traffic Toolbox Explorer from the approach through landing and taxi-in. The one in the background was in that position throughout.

Now you told them, they will download them, case they haven't them there already :) .

On the airports, in FS9 what happens on ground is sole responsibility of the airport, the AI package nor the aircraft have any influence on that, no variable or no handle. There, if you tell me which ICAO it is I can verify if it works OK with the stock scenery respectively the MyWorldairports variant of this.

Microsoft supplies with FS9 lots ot airports that show this bug, Narita one of the most famous. I added VTP area height instructions for some I could identify.

When you startup the simulation, do you start in paused mode or in action? Does this make a difference?
