Hi Burkhard, Husein,

Thanks for the replies. I have a question. Is there anyway to assign slightly different sounds to say TU-154, 737-200 and DC-9. As the

default B737-400 sound, doesnt sound right on older aircraft like these and 747s.

Can this be done and how would I have to add or delete any sound files ?

Thanks

Bill F

All AI aircrafts use the same AI sounds, not the ones provided with the aircrafts. Maybe the biggest improvement to expect with FS XI if you tell this wish to MS now?

To keep you motivated to seek for painters, here a shot of the Tu134 hull.

Hi Burkard,

In the config extract below, can you not add a new sound in the

sound entry line sound= ??

[fltsim.0]

title=A346-MyPaint00

sim=My340

model=

panel=

sound=

texture=My00

kb_checklists=

kb_reference=

atc_id=

atc_id_color=0xffffffff

atc_airline=Airbus

atc_flight_number=34600

atc_parking_types=GATE,RAMP

atc_parking_codes=AIC

ui_manufacturer=MT Airbus

ui_type=A340-600

ui_variation=Testbed

description=The A340-600 is the ideal replacement for older Boeing 747-200 or 747-300.

atc_heavy=1

Thanks
