Dear friends,

during the last months I spent a smaller fraction of my time to create a new, general purpose scenery design program.

The main purpose of this program is to design FS9 airports that do not exist, or exist only in a primitive form, including their environment, to a level usable as AI airport or like any other MS airport, and to set the starting point for high end designs.

Since most airports that are missing in FS9 just do so because they are not present in most available datasets, including the Jeppeson sets, a new approach had to be invented.

Today I can tell you here that created a way to make Google Earth your favorite scenery design program.

Now I call you to test this and comment on this. An early, but working version of this program is available under

http://www.fsrail.com/MYGESE.zip

and a small tutorial with example files under

http://www.fsrail.com/ETEU.zip

For the license scheme, I think of the following:

MYGESE will be no cost to use for private purposes.

If you intend to publish sceneries that you created with MYGESE, you still can use the no cost version if you allow me to add the sceneries into my products if I wish.

If you intend to publish sceneries that you created with MYGESE, and do not want to allow usage of them in MyWorld or MyTraffic or whatever it will be, you need to purchase a professional license.

All discussion should be done on the MyWorld support forum,
