A380
I tried to set values(heading, speed and so on) via FSUIPC for the PSS A320, but it doesn't work. It works using FS integrated aircrafts such as the Cessna. I couldn't find an answer so I try it here. The only thing I can think of is that the A320 only writes values but doesn't read them. Maybe someone can help me with that, thanks!
Pete Dowson
I tried to set values(heading, speed and so on) via FSUIPC for the PSS A320, but it doesn't work. It works using FS integrated aircrafts such as the Cessna. Most of the advanced aircraft add-ons do their own thing with the Autopilot. I suspect the only way you have into those values is using whatever keyboard shortcuts they've provided for incrementing and decrementing them. FSUIPC interfaces to FS itself for these things. some add-on aircraft makers do use some of the FSUIPC offsets for their own programming, but they don't always publish these. I know there's an SDK for the Level D aircraft (and an interfacing program, fsconv), and I know some folks have found some values for the earlier PMDG aircraft, but I don't know of anything for PSS at present. See if there are others who have solved these things in whatever Forum PSS users inhabit. Regards Pete
A380
Ok, thanks, then I'll do the keyboard thing, it works, but I would have liked it more to use the interface.
