Guest Maltom
Since installing FS Real Time, I have noticed that the time zones are completely off. It has me only 4 hours GMT while on the ground at Chicago O'hare, when it should be 6 hours behind GMT when I am on the ground at O'hare. I also notice that, in trans Atlantic flight, the time zones change is not being recognized and the time stays with the time of the departure city. I have tried to uninstall FS Real Time, o see if FS2002 goes back to normal and recognizes the proper change in time with each respective zone and it does not. The UTC bias is set at 1 when it should be 0. FYI, I am running FSUIPC 2.975 Can comeone please fix this? Very frustrated :x

I think when you install this program there are replacement BGLs installed which are supposed to correct time zone problems already in FS. It sounds like those BGLs got corrupted or something, but I'm sorry, I don't know which ones they are. Pete
Guest malton
Oh.. I wish I knew which BGL's they are. I would simply reinstall them from the cd. :( Thanks Tim
Vulcan
Hi Tim, I don't have Real Time but the files that correct time zones are from another author and have been incorporated in Real Time. There are around 50+ files so I'm not going to list them here  Best suggestion I can make is to reinstall Real Time and check on their web site (if they have one) or http://www.avsim.com for updated files. I know for a fact there have been some updates over the last 2-3 months. The last update I have for the stand-alone time zone fix is 27th April 2003 but there has been one since. Best of luck.
