Is this a complete new version for FSX requiring a purchase or can registered users of FSUIPC v 3 for FS9 use the same key. Own FSUIPC3 since 2005 and very happy running it on FS9 and cockpit hardware facilities. Have tried to enter v.3 rego details into FSUIPC4 with a new email addie (changed since first purchase) and it wont accept that.
