Yes, I think I can have them all packed and given to you for christmas.

Congratulations to Simon for this giant task, and to all of you, Ben, Mikael, Vikram, Daniel who contributed significantly. Now it is my turn to get it together.

And here comes the last 747 for now. Clipper America, flying first for Braniff, than for Pan Am, than for many others, and now wearing its most beautiful dress.

Welcome to the cultural department of MyTraffic. Do you here the music in your ears, it is not so rarely played in winter times?

Hmmm, showing off something "extra" in that picture, Burkhard? 8)

And I must say to flying-w - what an outstanding effort. How many was that?

Yes, and I know whom to ask to improve the paint, somebody who is specialist in metalic and American Airlines :lol:

@Baddog, I just counted my paint directory, and it's 86x747, 1xDash8, 1x757!

And since we have come this far, and for the sake of completeness, there's 4 left to do on the 747-300.

So here's the first, the Japan Asia 747-300, and friend. After seeing this, I colour matched the engines :wink:

I looked at pictures of Air Icelandic -300, and they all seem to be painted into colours of Saudi Arabian or XL, so I won't be doing one of those. That leaves just TAAG, the last 747 paint I plan to do which is already well progressed.

Air Atlanta Icelandic is a very strange airline. They just fly everything for everybody. A few years ago my family had booked a BA flight from Frankfurt over London and Miami to Lima. In London we were booked into an all white 747-200 of Air Atlanta - some BA staff was on strike and Air Atlanta made the service on behalf of BA.

Thank you, even though there's just a few of TAAG I felt it was such a nice paint it was well worth doing. So now I guess we say goodbye to the paint thread, and not forgetting to say "and thanks for all the fish!"

I'm sure the airline industry only will give us a short break until there are new paints to be done here, but today it is time to celebrate Simon and all the others who contributed to this mile stone!
