FSUIPC/WideFS and FSCommander in FSX

Recommended Posts

I have purchased older versions of FSUIPC (dec 2003) and WideFS (jan 2006) - both for FS2004. Can they be used with FSCommander and FSX if I want to run FSCommander on a client and FSX on a server? (buying new version will cost me 36 E + VAT = 44 Euro).

Hi Lars,

Peter Dowson has published for the FSX a new FSUIPC4 and WideFS.

The Bundle, FSUIPC4 and WideFS only for the FSX is available at Simmarket.

In your case you can not using the old FSUIPC with the FSX.

Regards,

Volker

Could you consider using Microsoft's own SimConnect instead of WideFS. It's getting very expensive if you have to buy both FSC and WideFS. My old version of WideFS is too old to get updated
